At the Christmas City Shoppe, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility to all 48 contiguous US states and the District of Columbia, every time. That's why we're proud to ship the majority of our goods nationwide.
We ship most in-stock decor and accents to arrive via USPS, UPS or FedEx in an estimated 7-10 business days. Items shipped direct from the manufacturer (drop ship) may incur a longer lead time. Quicker ship times may be available. Please contact us for information and availability.

- Up to $15.00: $5.99
- $15.01 - $25.00: $6.99
- $25.01 - $35.00: $7.99
- $35.01 - $45.00: $8.99
- $45.01 - $55.00: $10.99
- $55.01 - $75.00: $11.99
- $75.01 - $95.00: $13.99
- $95.01 - $150.00: $16.99
- $150.01 and over: 12% of order total
Shipping charges are based on the item total charge for each delivery address as detailed above.
Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from the manufacture cannot be sent to a P.O. box.
Request to Alter Delivery Addresses
Christmas City Shoppe cannot change shipping addresses, schedule a delivery time, give delivery instructions, or hold for a different delivery date for any package shipped.

Orders may be canceled and refunded prior to the items being shipped from us or the manufacturer (drop ship). Once the item(s) have been shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled.
Item(s) may be return it to us for store credit or a refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 20th (whichever comes first) AND merchandise must be in unused, sellable condition including all hardware, tags, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original sealed packaging. Please note: shipping charges cannot be refunded.
If you choose to return your item, you will be responsible for return shipping. You can ship your order back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused order or orders Returned to Sender are subject to a return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.
Once your return has been processed, we will email you your store credit voucher. If approved, the code will be for the full value of the merchandise returned minus shipping; you can then use the code to place a new order.
To exchange an order please follow the return instructions. We will send you a store credit that you can use to place a new order.
Inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas City Shoppe representative. We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame, if your item(s) breaks after normal use check your items manufacturer’s warranty. We are not the manufacturer; any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.
Unless we made a mistake in your order the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: clearance items, handmade and one-of-a-kind merchandise, special order merchandise, custom orders, made-to-order items, engraved or personalized items, vintage merchandise
